  3. VOTING - THE RESULT
  4. As soon as the prescribed eight minutes voting time has 
  5. elapsed, the lobby doors are closed, and no further 
  6. members are allowed in. Once the numbers voting each 
  7. way are known, the Tellers line up in front of the Table 
  8. of the House, and the Senior Teller on the winning side 
  9. announces the result. The result is always known just 
  10. before the announcement, as the Senior Teller for the 
  11. winning side stands on the right. The Speaker then confirms 
  12. the result with the words 'So the Ayes (or Noes) have it'. In the 
  13. case of a tie, the Speaker has a deciding vote.
